To meet the clients diverse needs Schreiber Care UK provides enhanced 24 Hours support for clients whether sleeping or awake overnight. Generally , this care package includes an overnight carer starting from the night for either a 9am or 10pm hour shift till the morning depending on the client’s needs.
Due to a variety of specialist conditions or age-related issues, sometimes you may need a carer to provide support throughout the night. We provide excellent high-quality care, we understand that everyone’s needs are different, and require a unique service.
Schreiber Care UK can provide this much needed bespoke night-time care. Typically our overnight care would consist of a visiting carer caring for you or your loved one at your home between the hours of 9pm to 7am. We also offer live-in care services nationwide for clients who need support primarily during the day. A number of our clients also have multiple carers to cover both day time, and night time support.

Waking night duty
Waking night duty is where the carer is on call at all times during the night and is awake, alert and making certain the client is sleeping, resting or at least safe, sound and secure.
They would then sleep during the day.
Sleeper duty
Sleeper duty is where the carer is on hand in the client’s home, for them to called on for support up to 3 times per night for periods of no longer than 30 mins. A bed is requested for the carer, but you have peace of mind that there is someone on hand if required.
